3. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms

To ensure consistent daily support for your dog, Furever Labs offers an optional automated subscription program (“Subscribe & Save”).

A. Recurring Billing Authorization

By selecting a subscription purchase option at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation.

  • Billing Cycle: Your payment method on file will be automatically billed on a recurring basis (e.g., every 30 days) at the rate displayed at checkout until you cancel.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically extend for successive periods of equal duration at the then-current non-promotional price unless modified or canceled.

B. Subscription Cancellation & Modification

You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancellation Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal billing date. Requests received after an order has been processed will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
